The Acne Free In 3 Days is a very popular acne ebook. It's claim is that it will clear your acne in 3 days. I decided to purchase this product to see what it was all about.

This ebook is also a long read.  It gives you a whole review of what acne is, and the emotional aspects of dealing with acne.  In my opinion, this part wasn't really needed.  Most sufferers of acne just need a solution to their problem, fast!

With that said, the ebook does give you a plan to clear up your acne.  It consists of a 3 day detox that's supposed to clear your acne. 3 days seems a little to short for a "cure" in my opinion. It may be hard for some to detox for that length of time. There is a certain level of discipline needed to do this.

I didn't feel the need to do detox prescribed in this ebook, because I had success with a combination of things I used in the Mr. X Acne and Acne No More ebooks.
